Terms of service
About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses smsbulk.cc, the SMSBulk console and the REST API. By creating an account you agree to them. They were last updated on 7 November 2026.
Your account
An account is opened with an account key made in your browser and shown once. The key is the only way to sign in, so keep the file you saved in a safe place and never share it.
You may hold up to 3 accounts from the same network address. You are responsible for everything sent from your account and through your API keys.
Credit and prices
SMSBulk works on prepaid credit in US dollars. Each destination has one price per SMS segment, shown on the price pages, in the console and in the API before you send. The total of a campaign is taken from your credit when you confirm it.
Credit does not expire and can be spent on any destination. Refunds for failed messages and canceled scheduled campaigns are returned to your credit. Credit is used for sending and is not paid out in cash or cryptocurrency.
Prices can change; a new price applies to campaigns confirmed after the change, never to one you already confirmed.
Sending
Campaigns hold up to 25,000 recipients in the console and 8,000 per API request. Messages are limited to 10 segments.
You send only to people who agreed to hear from you or who expect your messages, you include a way to stop further messages where the law of the destination asks for it, and you respect the do-not-send requests you receive. The acceptable use policy lists content that is never allowed.
Delivery
Messages are handed to mobile networks, which decide final delivery. Delivery reports usually arrive within minutes and sometimes take up to 24 hours. A message the network reports as failed is refunded to your credit.
API keys and webhooks
API keys open after your first credited top-up and can be revoked at any time. Requests are limited to 300 a minute per key. Webhook calls are signed with your secret; verify the signature before you trust an event.
Suspension
We may pause sending or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, or that puts recipients or networks at risk. Remaining credit of a closed account can be discussed through a support ticket.
Changes
We announce material changes to the service on the changelog and to these terms on this page with a new date.
