What we keep

A keyed hash of your account key (never the key in plain form, except an encrypted copy used to identify your account in payment notices), a keyed hash of the network address you signed up from, your settings, and the campaigns, messages, templates, lists and tickets you create.

For each message we keep the number, the text as sent, its price and its delivery status so you can see reports, export them and get refunds for failures.

Why we keep it

To sign you in, send your messages, price and refund them, show reports, answer tickets, and keep the service safe from abuse. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in to the console. The public pages work without any cookie and without tracking scripts.

Payments

Top-ups run through a hosted checkout. It receives your account code and the amount; the coin, network and transaction id of a payment are stored with your top-up record for receipts.

Recipients

The numbers and texts you upload are used only to send your campaigns and show your reports. Numbers on your do-not-send list are stored so that every later campaign and API request leaves them out.

Your choices

You can delete templates, lists and do-not-send entries at any time, and export your messages and ledger as CSV. To close your account, open a support ticket.
