   SMSBulk opens

   • Bulk SMS to 227 countries and territories with one price per message, checked 2026-11-07.
   • Console with paste and CSV upload (column mapping, named merge fields), per-country cost, test sends, scheduling from 5 minutes to 90 days, saved lists, templates and a do-not-send list.
   • REST API v1 at https://smsbulk.cc/rest/v1: rates, credit, quote, send, campaigns, messages and cancel, 300 requests a minute per key.
   • Signed delivery webhooks with 8 attempts, a test event button and a delivery log in the console.
   • Message log with filters and CSV export, receipts per top-up and monthly ledger statements.
   • Price pages for every country and 15 zones, a volume calculator and this changelog.
